PEMELIHARAAN ALAT ANESTESI
Mahasiswa yang terhormat,
Anda disini dari berbagai daerah indonesia dari
kota yang besar dengan rumah sakit dan kamar bedah yang modern dan serba
berada. Tetapi sebagian ada juga yang datang dari daerah terpelosok dan kota
yang kecil dengan rumah sakit dan kamar bedah yang sederhana.
Dalam kesempatan ini saya akan membicarakan
maintenance alat anestesi, baik kita mulai dari maintenance rutin sebagi
berikut:

- melakukan
pembersihan alat anestesi sesudah operasi sehari dengan kain lembab dan
air deterjen/sabun, oleh para perawat anestesi
- mencuci
mendesinfeksi semua bagian dari respiratory system yang berkontak denan
penderita
II.

mingguan
a. memeriksa atau mengganti O2 sensor dan
flow sensor bila kalibrasi tidak mungkin lagi, oleh perawat anestesi
b. mengganti bakterial filter oleh perawat
anestesi
III.
maintenance
bulanan
Mencuci, mengeringkam dan
memasang kembali cooling air filter oleh perawat anestesi
IV.
maintenance semi annual
Inspeksi dan maintenance oleh teknisi dari agent mesin
anestesi
V.
maintenance tahunan
maintenance tahunan oleh teknisi dari agent mesin
anestesi
Setiap manufaktur menyertakan mesin anestesi bersama buku manual,
dengan penjelasan yang cukup terperinci, yang sayangnya sebagian besar sering
dalam bahasa asing. Buku itu hendaknya dipelajari dan mengikuti petunjuknya
dengan baik. Mudah-mudahan ada yang bisa menterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia.
Dengan demikian banyak
kesalahan dalam pelaksanaan dapat dihindari atau diminimalkan.
Dalam kesempatan ini saya menunjukkan satu tabel
dimana anda dapat melihat barang apa, berapa lama dan cara apa yang boleh
dipakai untuk cuci, disinfeksi dan sterilisai peralatan anestesi. Tentu harus
disesuaikan dengan masin-masing alat anestesi yang anda miliki.
